Comprising a dielectric substrate, and a first resonant coupling structure, a second resonant coupling structure, a first DGS open-circuit resonator, a second DGS open-circuit resonator, a first open-circuit stub resonator, a first port, a second port, a fourth open-circuit stub resonator, a fifth open-circuit stub resonator, a resistor R1 and a resistor R2 which are arranged on the dielectric substrate.
