The stripping agent is used for pore forming of the carbon source material, thermal oxidation crosslinking is used for preventing micropores from being closed in subsequent steps, more deposition sites can be provided for carbon material loaded silicon, and the prepared carbon loaded silicon material can serve as a lithium ion battery negative electrode material and has the advantages of being high in reversible specific capacity, high in first efficiency, stable in structure and the like.
