The method comprises the following steps: determining a plurality of initial object groups in a preset tunnel area; wherein the initial object group comprises initial objects; determining candidate exits of the initial object group in the standby exits according to the exit distance between the standby exits in the preset tunnel area and the initial object group; dividing the initial object groups corresponding to the same candidate exit into the same initial object group; and determining a passing time period when each initial object group in the initial object group passes through the candidate exit, and determining the initial object group taking the candidate exit as a target exit according to the passing time period.
