The method comprises the steps of determining a non-boundary region of an aircraft; calculating a plurality of characteristic response values of different directions of each pixel point parameter in the non-boundary region; determining a characteristic value of each pixel point parameter based on the plurality of characteristic response values of each pixel point parameter in different directions; converting the characteristic value of each pixel point parameter into a quantized value of each pixel point parameter to obtain a quantized value matrix of each pixel point parameter; traversing the quantized value matrix of each pixel parameter by using a preset window to obtain the maximum value of the sum of the quantized values of each pixel parameter; and controlling and determining a database call control strategy under the Windows operating system according to the maximum value of the sum of the qua
