The method comprises the steps of determining a prediction time point for predicting the capacity of a power battery of a to-be-predicted vehicle and a time interval between the prediction time point and a current time point; obtaining a target vehicle identifier of the to-be-predicted vehicle, and determining a target capacity attenuation function matched with the target vehicle identifier and the time interval; the target capacity attenuation function is determined according to historical charging data at least spanning a time interval; and determining the predicted capacity of the power battery of the to-be-predicted vehicle at the prediction time point according to the target capacity attenuation function.
