Method for measuring content of gelatin in copper electrodeposition solution

The invention discloses a method for determining the content of gelatin in a copper electro-deposition solution, and belongs to the field of analysis and detection of additives in electro-deposition solutions. The method comprises the following steps: oxidizing and decomposing gelatin in a copper electrodeposition solution by using quantitative ceric sulfate, measuring absorbance before and after the reaction of the ceric sulfate solution and the gelatin in the electrodeposition solution at the wavelength of 323nm by adopting a spectrophotometric method, and calculating an absorbance change value; and calculating the content of gelatin in the electro-deposition solution to be detected by adopting a standard curve method.
