Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for detecting the fiber flow state and distribution of an SMC (Sheet Molding Compound). Unsaturated polyester resin, PE (Polyethylene), polystyrene, ground calcium carbonate powder, a viscosity reducer and zinc stearate are adopted; the curing agent, the magnesium oxide paste and the basalt fiber are mixed and then mixed with the chopped fiber into a whole through extrusion, and in the testing process, high-fluidity unsaturated polyester resin is adopted as a matrix, polystyrene is adopted as a low shrinkage agent, superfine heavy calcium carbonate powder is adopted, methyl acrylate is selected as a viscosity reducer, and TPO and TBPB double-component initiators are selected.
