The double-layer kiln comprises an upper furnace body, a lifting furnace body, a lower furnace body and a hanging basket device. The hanging basket device is arranged at the front ends of the upper furnace body and the lower furnace body; the lifting furnace body is arranged at the rear ends of the upper furnace body and the lower furnace body; the device further comprises a plurality of trolleys circularly moving in the double-layer kiln. The lifting furnace body is used for transferring the trolley of the upper furnace body to the lower furnace body; the hanging basket device is used for transferring the trolley of the lower furnace body to the upper furnace body; the lifting furnace body comprises a heat preservation shell, a lifting device arranged in the heat preservation shell, a heating device arranged on the lifting device and a first pushing device arranged at the bottom of the heat preservation shell.
