The system comprises a controller, a negative ion energy supply circuit, a boost energy storage circuit and a negative ion generation circuit. After the negative ion energy supply circuit receives the high level of the PWM signal input by the controller, excitation energy storage is carried out; the negative ion energy supply circuit is magnetically reset after receiving a low level of a PWM signal input by the controller and supplies energy to the boost energy storage circuit, and the boost energy storage circuit stores energy and inputs a voltage value at a sampling point to the controller when the negative ion energy supply circuit supplies energy, and discharges and supplies energy to the negative ion generation circuit when the negative ion generation circuit is switched on; the negative ion generation circuit is conducted after receiving the high level of the PWM signal input by the controller, and amplifi
