The composite reinforcing steel bar has good corrosion resistance, the protection pipe of the composite reinforcing steel bar forms a hole channel by itself, construction can be conducted on site compared with a pre-tensioning method, the working procedures of hole channel reserving, grouting and hole sealing and the like are reduced compared with a post-tensioning method, the composite reinforcing steel bar is high in self-strength, large in inertia moment and large in flexural rigidity and can be reliably made into a reinforcing steel bar cage, and by controlling the final setting time of a slow-bonding material, the service life of the composite reinforcing steel bar is prolonged.
