The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing W/Cu oxide modified graphene oxide; s2, preparing W/Cu oxide modified graphene; s3, preparation of W/Cu modified graphene; and S4, preparing the graphene aluminum-based alloy material. The prepared graphene aluminum-based alloy material has the advantages of light weight, high strength, electric conduction, heat conduction, wear resistance, vibration reduction and the like, the thermal expansion coefficient of the composite material is remarkably reduced, the heat conductivity is improved, and the friction and wear coefficient is remarkably reduced.
