Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an immune related predictive gene of renal fibrosis. The Hub gene comprises one or a combination of more of CD40, TLR2, PTPRC, ICAM1, IL1B, CCL5, STAT1, CD86, CD8A or CCR5. According to the method, differential expression genes are obtained through a'lima 'R packet, enrichment scores of immune cells in each sample are analyzed and calculated through CIBERSORT, related modules and genes of the differential infiltration immune cells are found by adopting weighted gene co-expression network analysis and an ImmPort database, central genes of a protein-protein interaction network are identified through an MCODE plug-in, and the protein-protein interaction network is obtained.
