Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of bioengineering, and particularly relates to a carbonyl reductase mutant and application thereof in preparation of (S)-vitrin. According to the invention, carbonyl reductase CoCR13 of Candida orthopsilosCo is taken as a source for enzyme modification, and a mutant of the carbonyl reductase CoCR13 is screened, so that a key residue influencing the enzymatic property of the initial carbonyl reductase is determined, and meanwhile, the carbonyl reductase mutant with high activity is obtained. The carbonyl reductase mutant obtained through screening has good catalytic efficiency in the reaction of catalyzing 1-C-(beta-D-xylopyranosyl)-acetone to prepare the (S)-glassine, the catalytic efficiency ranges from 1.0 mM S to 1.7 mM S , meanwhile, the optical purity of the obtained (S)-glassine is high, and the ee value ranges from 99.4% to 99.9%.
