Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a ratio type fluorescent carbon dot for tracing nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide in liver cancer glycolysis as well as a preparation method and application of the ratio type fluorescent carbon dot, and belongs to the technical field of pharmaceutical preparations. The ratio type fluorescent carbon dots are obtained by taking aniline derivatives and aromatic disulphides as a carbon source and a nitrogen source through a solvothermal method. The prepared carbon dots are small in particle size, uniform in distribution and basically free of cytotoxicity, along with increase of the concentration of NAD +, the carbon dots migrate to red fluorescence, the linear relation between the ratio fluorescence intensity F640/F520 and NAD + is good, after a glycolysis inhibitor 2-DG acts, uptake of the carbon dots in HepG2 cells is remarkably reduced, and a scientific basis is provided for development of diagnosis and treatment integrated nano-drugs.
