According to the respiratory syncytial virus fusion F protein mutant provided by the invention, a trimer structure can be formed on the premise of not introducing a heterotrimerization structural domain, and meanwhile, by virtue of mutation designs such as release of electrostatic repulsive force in the protein, deletion of a furin restriction enzyme cutting site, shearing of a C-terminal structural domain and introduction of an inter-chain disulfide bond, the fusion F protein can be obtained. The conformation can be stabilized before fusion, and the protein is more stable.
