The furan resin for sand mold 3D printing is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 600 to 800 parts of furfuryl alcohol, 30 to 60 parts of 2-imidazolidone, 20 to 40 parts of paraformaldehyde, 100 to 200 parts of resorcinol, 20 to 50 parts of isopropanol, 1 to 5 parts of sodium hydroxide, 0.5 to 2.5 parts of copper chloride and 3 to 5 parts of gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane.
