The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising an olive extract, characterized in that the olive extract is extracted from olive using supercritical CO2 at a temperature of between 35 DEG C and 50 DEG C and at a pressure of between 30 MPa and 50 MPa, the extraction time being 3-5 hours, the flow rate of CO2 during the extraction being 5-10 L/min.
