Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a novel plant-based coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) variant recombinant spike protein expression vector and a recombinant protein using the same, in which the recombinant protein does not have the disadvantages of animal-derived recombinant proteins by using a plant expression system, and exhibits an excellent SARS-CoV-2 prevention and treatment effect, and thus, the expression vector can be used for preventing and treating SARS-CoV-2.
