Barium titanate-based powder, method for producing same, and filler for sealing material

Provided is a method for producing a barium titanate-based powder, the method comprising: a step a for forming barium titanate-based particles by spraying a raw material containing a barium titanate-based compound to a high-temperature field that has been heated to a melting point or higher of the compound; a step b in which the powder containing the barium titanate particles formed in the step a is cleaned, or the powder containing the barium titanate particles formed in the step a is calcined and then the calcined powder is cleaned; and a step c in which the cleaned powder obtained in the step b is calcined. 本发明提供一种钛酸钡系粉体的制造方法，包括：工序a，通过将包含钛酸钡系化合物的原料喷射到已加热至该化合物的熔点以上的高温场而形成钛酸钡系粒子；工序b，对工序a中形成的包含钛酸钡系粒子的粉体进行清洗，或者在将工序a中形成的包含钛酸钡系粒子的粉体进行煅烧后对煅烧后的粉体进行清洗；以及工序c，将工序b中得到的清洗后的粉体进行煅烧。
