Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a design method of a double-solenoid electron beam expanding device, which is based on the traditional beam optical theory, takes the electron beam state at the outlet of an accelerating tube as a starting point, and adopts two groups of solenoid magnetic lenses with different functions to realize the purposes of increasing the transverse section size of an initial electron beam and reducing the divergence angle. Compared with a traditional beam expanding device with a four-stage magnet as a core, the device has higher tolerance to machining and assembling errors, lower requirement for energy of an inlet electron beam and simpler and more flexible adjustment. 一种双螺线管电子束扩束装置的设计方法,基于传统的束流光学理论,以加速管出口电子束状态为出发点,采用两组不同功能的螺线管磁透镜,实现对初始电子束横向截面尺寸增加、发散角降低的目标。与传统以四级磁铁为核心的扩束装置相比,该装置对加工、装配误差的容忍度更高,对入口电子束能量要求更低,调节更为简单灵活。
