The method comprises the following steps: a sending end subpackages to-be-transmitted data; the sending end sequentially traverses and sends all data packets to the receiving end, the receiving end starts to record the duration when receiving the first data packet, and after the duration reaches a preset time, the receiving end returns a received data packet acknowledgement frame to the sending end; the sending end sends a second data packet and repeats the process of returning the received data packet in S2 until the first round of traversal sending of all the data packets is completed; the sending end determines whether all the data packets are successfully sent according to the received acknowledgement frame, and if the data packets are successfully sent, the sending end sends FACK to the receiving end; on the contrary, the transmitting end retransmits the lost data packets to the receiving end in sequence unti
