And the error extraction step is used for extracting the deviation degree between the current ADC sampling channel moment and the central point of the previous channel sampling time and the later channel sampling time. In the slope extraction step, the change rate of the deviation degree to the time corresponding to the current signal is extracted by changing the time delay of the channel. In the error operation step, the compensation value of each channel is calculated by using the extracted slope and the error value of each channel. The method has the advantages that error transmission is cut off through slope calculation, and compensation values of all channels are obtained at a time.
