The forepoling design is optimized by providing a forepoling design process, so that the engineering cost is reduced. Determining a forepoling construction range according to critical values of the initial deformation stage and the rapid deformation stage of the surrounding rock; the surrounding rock characteristic curve under the forepoling effect is analyzed to determine forepoling reinforcement parameters, and therefore the forepoling parameter optimization method is determined. According to the tunnel forepoling design process and the parameter optimization method, the design work of the tunnel forepoling can be simplified to a great extent. 本发明公开了一种隧道超前支护设计流程和参数优化方法,通过提出一套超前支护设计流程对超前支护设计进行优化从而降低工程成本。根据围岩初始变形阶段与急剧变形阶段的临界值来确定超前支护施作范围;对超前支护作用下围岩特性曲线进行分析来确定超前支护加固参数,从而确定超前支护参数优化方法。本发明中隧道超前支护设计流程和参数优化方法能很大程度简化隧道超前支护的设计工作。
