The method comprises the following steps: screening out users with reduced electric quantity according to the characteristics of the electricity utilization quantity of the processed user electric equipment; calculating a three-phase power per unit value of the electricity consumption data in a daily user electric quantity reduction abnormal time period and a set time period before the user electric quantity reduction abnormal time period, and taking the three-phase power per unit value as a load characteristic; and obtaining a cluster by adopting an AP clustering algorithm. And determining the distribution of each cluster in time, and judging whether the load characteristics of the user electric quantity reduction abnormal time period appear in the previous unavailable clusters or not, so as to finally identify whether the user steals electricity or the low electric quantity |
