The invention discloses a historical alarm query method with recovery time for an SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) system, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, processing an alarm record generated by an alarm object in the SCADA system into an alarm record with recovery and an alarm record without recovery by using an alarm query preprocessor, and respectively storing the alarm record with recovery and the alarm record without recovery into two different data tables; and then dividing query tasks of different alarm record data sources according to user query time periods.
