Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an electrochemical impedance spectroscopy rapid measurement circuit and method of an energy storage battery, and belongs to the technical field of battery detection. The method is realized based on the circuit, and comprises the following steps: firstly, selecting a plurality of sinusoidal signals with equal amplitude and different frequencies according to a current amplitude and a frequency range, and superposing the sinusoidal signals as current excitation; the signal is converted into voltage signals with the same amplitude, and the voltage signals are input into an H-bridge circuit to sample an excitation signal; converting the voltage signal into a current signal and applying the current signal to the energy storage battery to obtain a corresponding voltage response; performing CZT conversion on the input current excitation and the output voltage response to obtain frequency spectrum components of current and voltage under different frequencies; and constructing an energy storage
