Annular and radial strain signals generated by removing materials through multiple times of stripping are recorded, a response surface function of strain change about internal residual stress in the stripping process is established through finite element analysis, and finally the three-dimensional distribution condition of initial residual stress is reversely deduced based on actually measured strain and the response surface function.
