Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a diffuser for a conventional propellant engine high-altitude simulation test. In the field of conventional propellant rocket engine high-altitude simulation tests, fuel gas of an engine is corrosive, stainless steel is generally adopted as a diffuser, however, for a conventional engine with very large fuel gas heat flow, the stainless steel material is poor in heat-conducting property and mechanical property at high temperature, so that thermal protection design of diffused gas is very difficult, and the fuel gas is difficult to use. The problem is solved by spraying a zirconium oxide coating on the inner surface of the carbon steel diffuser.
本申请公开一种常规推进剂发动机高空模拟试验用扩压器。在常规推进剂火箭发动机高空模拟试验领域,发动机的燃气具有腐蚀性,一般采用不锈钢作为扩压器,但是对于燃气热流非常大的常规发动机,不锈钢材质的因为导热性能和高温下的力学性能不好,导致扩压气的热防护设计非常困难,本发明采取在碳钢扩压器内表面喷涂氧化锆涂层的方式解决了该问题。 |
