A plurality of radial through holes are formed in the vertical wall surface of a circular ring body at intervals; the diameter of the ring body is larger than that of a reinforcement cage orifice; the supporting beams horizontally penetrate through the radial through holes correspondingly, and leveling plates are arranged at the front ends of the supporting beams and used for bearing reinforcement cage positioning ribs or stirrups arranged in the circumferential direction.
