The invention discloses a control device and method for a multi-aperture coaxial adjustable reinforcement cage. A plurality of radial through holes are formed in the vertical wall surface of a circular ring body at intervals; the diameter of the ring body is larger than that of a reinforcement cage orifice; the supporting beams horizontally penetrate through the radial through holes correspondingly, and leveling plates are arranged at the front ends of the supporting beams and used for bearing reinforcement cage positioning ribs or stirrups arranged in the circumferential direction. A strain detection device is arranged on the leveling plate to adjust the levelness and/or height of the leveling plate and the reinforcement cage according to the strain force; the adjustable bases are connected with the supporting frame, distributed at the bottom of the supporting frame at intervals in the circumferential direction and used for adjusting the levelness of the supporting frame, and the adjustable bases and the sup
