Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of novel stainless steel materials, and particularly discloses a processing technology of a stainless steel wire, the stainless steel wire comprises the following chemical components by mass percent: 13-15% of Cr, 0.5-3% of Mo, 0.5-3% of Ni, 0.5-3% of Mo, 0.5-3% of Ni, 0.5-3% of Ni and the balance of Fe. The steel comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 3.4%-4.0% of Co, 1.2%-1.6% of Mn, 0.05%-0.10% of C, 0.02%-0.14% of N, 0.04%-0.18% of B and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. The invention further provides a machining process of the stainless steel wire, the machining process is simple, and the machining process comprises the steps of casting the raw materials according to the proportion, hot rolling forming through a hot rolling mill, wire drawing through a wire drawing machine, annealing, wire drawing again through the wire drawing machine, annealing again and the like.
