The separation material is prepared by the following steps: firstly, carrying out amyloid phase transformation on bovine serum albumin on the surfaces of silicon dioxide microspheres to form a protein nano-film; and modifying the phospholipid specific recognition peptide on the surface of the protein nano-film through biological coupling reaction.
