Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for separating wax ester and triglyceride from a vegetable oil dewaxing byproduct. The method comprises the following steps: (1) filtering an auxiliary agent; (2) urea inclusion and crystallization; (3) filtration; (4) separating triglyceride; (5) resolving the urea inclusion compound; (6) separating wax ester; and (7) recovering urea. The invention further discloses a corresponding device, and the separation method can be well realized by adopting the device. According to the invention, the dewaxing by-product is dissolved with methanol, and wax ester forms an inclusion compound by using a urea inclusion principle, so that the dewaxing by-product is gradually separated, the three separated products can be fully and reasonably utilized, the additional value of the dewaxing by-product is greatly improved, and the overall production cost of oil refining is reduced.
