Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of cell engineering, in particular to a DNA-fatty acid conjugate and application thereof in cell membrane modification. According to the method, fatty acid is selected as a hydrophobic anchor point, the characteristic of high designability of DNA is combined, and a hydrophobic selective cell membrane modification method is developed by regulating and controlling the distance and the length of the fatty acid in a DNA nanostructure. Compared with a traditional nucleic acid probe using cholesterol, the prepared nucleic acid probe based on fatty acid has remarkable pH selectivity in the aspect of cell membrane insertion, and membrane insertion can be achieved under the condition that the pH is 6.5-6.8. Compared with other cell membrane modification methods (such as a gene engineering-based method, a cell metabolism-based method and a covalent cross-linking-based method), the prepared nucleic acid probe has the advantages of rapidness, high efficiency, high universality
