Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of building structure reinforcement, in particular to a ternary early strength grouting material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The invention discloses a ternary early strength grouting material, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of a ternary cementing material, 1.54 to 2.3 parts of an early strength agent, 0.3 to 1 part of a retarder, 0.8 to 2 parts of a water reducing agent, 30 to 40 parts of water and 5 to 15 parts of polymer emulsion. According to the ternary early-strength grouting material disclosed by the invention, a ternary early-strength gelling system is modified by utilizing the polymer emulsion, and a high-molecular polymer in the polymer emulsion is cross-linked with a ternary early-strength hydrolyzed product-ettringite (AFt) and alumina gel (AH3) to form a network structure, so that the compactness and the flexibility of the grouting material can be effectively improved; in add |
