According to the preparation method, microorganisms for producing the nano material and microorganisms for producing the bacterial cellulose are co-cultured, synchronous synthesis, loading and assembly of the nano material and the cellulose are achieved in the growth and metabolism process of the two types of microorganisms, and the preparation method has the advantages of being environmentally friendly, short in consumed time and the like; the method is more beneficial to loading of the nano material, the nano material is more uniformly distributed in the 3D structure of the cellulose material, the stability is remarkably improved, meanwhile, the surface performance of the cellulose membrane can be improved, and the service life of the cellulose membrane can be prolonged.
