Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of nano materials, in particular to a Ni3N/Mo2N superlattice material and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: pretreating nickel foam; mixing nickel salt or cobalt salt, an alkali source, the pretreated foamed nickel and deionized water, and carrying out hydrothermal reaction for several hours; washing the product grown on the foamed nickel by using water and ethanol under ultrasound respectively, and drying to obtain alpha-Ni (OH) 2 containing CO3 < 2-> intercalation ions; calcining and annealing at high temperature; by utilizing the memory effect of the transition metal layered hydroxide, adding into an aqueous solution of MoO4 < 2->, and stirring; filtering and drying to obtain layered nickel hydroxide containing intercalated MoO4 < 2->; and carrying out nitriding treatment in an inert gas atmosphere to obtain the Ni3N/Mo2N superlattice material.
