The method comprises the following steps that floor sensing signals of an elevator and the real-time running direction and real-time running displacement of a lift car are obtained; classifying the real-time operation displacement by taking each floor of the elevator as a classification category and taking the corresponding operation displacement when the lift car moves to each floor as a classification basis, and determining a real-time floor position of the lift car according to a classification result, and recording the real-time floor position as a first floor position; calculating the real-time floor position of the car according to the floor sensing signal and the real-time running direction of the car, and recording the real-time floor position as a second floor position; and performing data fusion on the first floor position and the second floor position to obtain a calculation result of the elev
