The barge depends on driving wheels of a borne vehicle to provide power for the barge, steering of the vehicle is converted into swinging of a rudder, and therefore yawing of the barge is achieved. A driver only needs to advance, retreat, brake and steer according to the driving mode of the vehicle, and the barge can be controlled in the same way.
