Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a workpiece placing and positioning system and a robot, the workpiece placing and positioning system comprises a processing unit, a visual sensor unit and an execution unit, and the processing unit comprises an image recognition unit and an adjustment parameter generation unit; the image recognition unit is used for recognizing the current pose information of the target workpiece from the image collected by the visual sensor unit; the adjustment parameter generation unit is used for generating posture adjustment parameters according to the current posture information of the target workpiece and the posture requirement when the target workpiece is placed; and the executing unit is used for adjusting the posture of the target workpiece in the grabbing state according to the posture adjusting parameters and placing the target workpiece in the target area according to the preset posture. The posture of the target workpiece in the grabbing state can be flexibly adjusted, so that the target w
