The control module is used for configuring an output waveform signal to the digital-to-analog conversion module and configuring a time phase signal to the stimulation module; the digital-to-analog conversion module is used for converting the output waveform signal into an analog voltage signal; the stimulation module is used for generating a stimulation current waveform according to the time phase signal and the analog voltage signal. According to the scheme, current pulses are used for electrical stimulation, the output electric charge quantity and the energy utilization rate are effectively guaranteed, and therefore the electrical stimulation effect is improved; according to the scheme, the amplitude, phase and other parameters of the
