Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an ultralow-temperature storage method of moghania macrophylla seeds, which comprises the following steps: 1) under a dark condition, drying the moghania macrophylla seeds by using a silica gel desiccant until the water content is 5.5-9.5%; and 2) soaking the dried seeds in a loading liquid, taking out the seeds, soaking the seeds in a vitrification reagent, taking out the seeds after soaking is finished, adding a pre-cooled vitrification protection reagent, and transferring the seeds into liquid nitrogen for ultralow-temperature preservation.
