The invention relates to the technical field of transformer installation, in particular to an outdoor transformer installing and fixing device which comprises a supporting mechanism, a first clamping frame assembly, a supporting assembly, a second clamping frame assembly, a second clamping frame assembly, a third clamping frame assembly, a fourth clamping frame assembly, a fourth clamping frame assembly and a fourth clamping frame assembly. The second clamping assembly is clamped and embedded in the supporting assembly in a sliding mode, and the driving assembly is used for driving the supporting assembly to rotate. When the supporting assembly rotates to the lower end of the positioning bracket assembly, the second clamping assembly is clamped and embedded in the side edge position of the positioning bracket assembly, so that the supporting assembly is fixed, and meanwhile, the supporting assembly rotates to drive the first clamping frame assembly to get close to the positioning bracket assembly; therefore,
