The thyroid gland auxiliary diagnosis method comprises the steps of obtaining a thyroid gland digital pathological section image; segmenting the thyroid digitized pathological section image to obtain a plurality of image blocks; extracting a cell nucleus contour from each image block to obtain a nucleus contour set; classifying target areas in all the cell nucleus contours in the nucleus contour set to obtain classification probabilities of the cell nucleus contours; and providing a thyroid gland auxiliary diagnosis result according to a statistical result of the classification probability.
