Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an active micro light-emitting diode display and a driving method thereof, and the driving method comprises the steps: controlling the gate voltage of a metal-oxide field effect transistor through voltage, so as to generate the current and luminance required for driving a light-emitting diode; the display data is processed to generate a channel signal and a scanning signal which are controlled by a time sequence to drive a transistor and a light emitting diode to display an image picture, and the scanning voltage signal or the channel voltage signal can be modulated into an analog voltage or a pulse width voltage. And the brightness difference generated when the light-emitting diode epitaxy is manufactured is compensated.
