The method comprises the steps of obtaining annual carbon emission factor data of a region where a community is located and electricity consumption data of the community within a first specified time span; establishing a dynamic carbon emission factor model according to the annual carbon emission factor data, and determining a corresponding dynamic daily carbon emission factor curve in the first specified time span by using the dynamic carbon emission factor model; according to the dynamic daily carbon emission factor curve and the community power consumption data, determining community power consumption daily carbon emission data; establishing a carbon emission prediction model by using the community electricity consumption daily carbon emission data; and utilizing the carbon emission prediction model to predict community electricity consumption daily
