Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an MES energy efficiency optimization method and system based on a nonlinear wear model, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining real-time operation data from equipment through a sensor and an integrated bottom industrial protocol; a nonlinear wear model is adopted, real-time operation data of the equipment are input into the model, the current equipment wear coefficient is calculated, and the real-time wear condition of the equipment is evaluated; calculating a current energy efficiency index of the equipment through an energy efficiency evaluation model in combination with the real-time operation data and the wear coefficient of the equipment; performing trend analysis on the historical data of the energy efficiency, and predicting a future energy efficiency change trend; the energy efficiency evaluation model adopts a machine learning algorithm; dynamically adjusting a production plan and a scheduling strategy through a scheduling algorithm according to the current energy effi
