Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a large-view-field high-resolution microscopic imaging method based on partially coherent coded illumination. According to the method, a programmable LED array is used as an illumination light source, and four asymmetric illumination patterns and n concentric fan-shaped illumination patterns are utilized to respectively obtain bright and dark field intensity images of an object under a low numerical aperture; complex amplitude of an object is initialized by using a differential phase contrast algorithm, a dark field intensity image is used as intensity constraint, and high-frequency information of the object is recovered through multiple times of iteration updating, so that large-view-field high-resolution microscopic imaging is realized.
