According to the method, the clenbuterol enantiomers are successfully resolved by adopting a high performance liquid chromatography and utilizing a chiral chromatographic column which takes silica gel bonded with phenyl carbamate beta-cyclodextrin as a filler, the separation degree between enantiomer peaks is greater than 3, and a relatively good chiral enantiomer resolution effect is shown. 本发明公开了克仑特罗对映体拆分检测方法。本发明采用高效液相色谱法,利用键合苯基氨基甲酸酯化β-环糊精的硅胶为填料的手性色谱柱成功拆分了克仑特罗对映体,且对映体峰间分离度均大于3,显示出较好手性对映体拆分效果。
