Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a microfluidic electrochemical sensor based on molecular imprinting and application, and belongs to the technical field of microelectrodes. The sensor comprises a chip upper layer and a chip lower layer, wherein the chip upper layer is provided with a liquid inlet area, a detection area and a waste liquid area which are sequentially communicated. An electrode detection assembly is arranged on the lower layer of the chip, is provided with a bacterial molecular imprinting film and is externally connected with a power supply. According to the micro-fluidic electrochemical sensor based on molecular imprinting, the bacterium molecular imprinting film is introduced to the electrode of the sensor, the bacterium molecular imprinting film serves as a binding site for recognizing bacteria, no immunomarker is needed, and the micro-fluidic electrochemical sensor based on molecular imprinting has the advantages of being stable, low in detection cost and high in specificity. In addition, based on th
