According to the method, the radiation-proof LDO for the spacecraft is used as a research object, and a characterization process and method for covering the absolute maximum rated value, the static parameter, the dynamic parameter, the application characteristic parameter, the characteristic curve, the radiation-proof characteristic, the reliability index, the boundary dimension and other characteristics are established. The characterization method can be effectively applied to the development, identification and inspection, application verification, engineering application and other stages of newly developed LDO (Low Dropout Regulator).
